1. Add 15(or your meal portion) jiaozi into 4 cups of warm water in a pot and turn fire to high.
Stir the pot to avoid sticking.
2. Wait till the water is boiling (need human attention to avoid spread out, about 5 minutes?)
and add 1/3 cup cold water into the pot to cease down the boiling water
3. Repeat step 2 three times.
4. Take the jiaozi out and prepare some dipping sauce(soybean sauce/vinigar/sesame oil/chilli).
5. Enjoy

It also need about 20 minutes.

Cut 2 lb beef, 1/2 onion and 1 potato into 1 inch chunk

You can cook everything in instaPot.

Set pot on saute.

Add a little oil in pot, stir fry onion till they are tender.
Add potato into the pot, stir till a bit browny.
Add beef into the pot.

Add salt/paparika etc to taste
Add half 1/3 bottle of beer

Stir a bit and set pot to 30 minite timed cook.
Let the pot cool down till you can open the pot.
Set pot on saute again and let the liquid evaperate till your satisfaction.

Serve on top of rice. Or dip with bread.

Boil 3 cups of water
Add 1 egg in the water
Add instant noodle in
Turn heat to small to medium for 3 minutes
Pour into a bowl and add the seasoning.

Watch for overflow

Rinse the meng bean
Put everythnig together
Heat the soup till boil
Turn heat to small and cook for 30 minutes

1. 1 cup Cooked rice
2. 2 eggs beaten with a bit salt
3. 1 cup brocali chopped
4. 1/2 cup corn and pea
5. 2 oz ground pork optional

Add 1 TBSP oil to fry pan and heat a minute
Add 2 (egg) in and stirl till firm and push aside
Add 5 (ground pork) in and stirl till cooked, season with bit salt
Add 3 and 4 in and season with salt
Stir cook 3 and 4 until tender and cooked
Add 1 (cooked rice) in and stir all ingredient together season with 1/2 TBSP soy sauce

Tips: Add less salt and then season to taste

* 1 egg
* 1/2 cup of Asian style dry noodle
* 1 piece of green onion chopped in small pieces


* Boiling 3 - 4 cups of water in a saucepan.
* Add egg into the water, boil for a minute, break the egg yolk
* Add noodle into the water, turn down the fire to small after the water is boiling
* Cook till noodle is done (taste it yourself)
* Add chicken base, soy sauce and sesame oil to taste
* Eat. Don't burn yourself.

* 1 egg
* 2 - 3 ounces of ground pork/beef
* 1 piece of green onion
* 1/2 cup of corn and pea


* Heat the pan but not too hot on median fire
* Add 1 TBSP oil and a little salt followed by egg(to be safe, crack the egg in a bowl first)
* Scramble the egg into small pieces and push egg to side
* Add a little more oil if needed and followed by ground meat
* Stir till sizzling or cooked
* Add 1 cup cooked rice(usually cold), add 1 TBSP soy sauce on top of rice
* Cover the pan and turn fire down to small for a few minutes, stir fry occasionally
* Break the rice into individual pieces and mix it with all ingredients
* When the rice is hot and tasty, add green onion and stir fry for another minute
* Ready to enjoy
