早就看朋友贴过,最近终于得以尝试,这次更是拍了照片。原料简单 -- 猪肩肉,tamatillo,蒜瓣,洋葱,香菜,辣椒,高汤(optional)。肉切块不加油在锅里brown(肉自己出油),另外一个铸铁锅稍放油,爆香蒜片,炒香洋葱,加入brown了的猪肉块,和洗净切块的tomatillo(图二),加俩辣椒和一把香菜,加高汤。大火炖开后转小火,炖两个小时或至软烂。成品有点酸有点辣,非常鲜香开胃。配米饭绝佳,面包也不错
