腊味合蒸

主料:各种蜡味
辅料:姜 蒜 干辣椒 花椒

腊味先放水里煮,水开后转小火煮25分钟,捞出切成3mm厚的片
用油将所有辅料炒香,再加入腊肉一起翻炒片刻,加少许糖和醋,稍翻炒,出锅放入盘内
将蜡味用大火蒸20分钟
