1. Add 15(or your meal portion) jiaozi into 4 cups of warm water in a pot and turn fire to high.
Stir the pot to avoid sticking.
2. Wait till the water is boiling (need human attention to avoid spread out, about 5 minutes?)
and add 1/3 cup cold water into the pot to cease down the boiling water
3. Repeat step 2 three times.
4. Take the jiaozi out and prepare some dipping sauce(soybean sauce/vinigar/sesame oil/chilli).
5. Enjoy

It also need about 20 minutes.
