做了汤种面包

汤种:先放面筋,再一点点加水,直到面筋化开化匀。十秒十秒地在微波炉里加热搅匀,直到成糨糊。放冰箱内过夜。
1 TSP glueten
4 oz water

面包:所有原料全放在一起和面,多和一会。和好后发面至两倍大,再和一次面。等再次发好面,做成四份面包放入四格烤盘中。盖上保鲜膜放入烤箱中等面包发起。底部放一盆开水。面包发好好拿出刷上一层蛋液。
汤种
3 cups all purpose flour
1 TSP glueten
4 TSP sugar
1 TSP dry yeast
1 egg add up to 10 oz water
1 TSP butter
1/2 tsp salt

烘烤:烤箱预热至325F。放入面包烤20分钟至熟。
